So a few years ago i was here trying to understand my type 1 diagnoses. Now i am back because my swab test came back positive for type 2. While i am ok with the diagnoses i want to all the precaution to take to prevent my children from getting it i wash man hands after using the restroom and clean the toliet I know not to share towels am i missing anything? Also i know i will have to disclose during future relationships or encounters. Another thing is it possible to spread herpes with out a outbreak. Or there must be a lesion present. Last question the one thats been weighing heavy on me my previous partner before my giver i had sex with him about a month ago so he is clear i broke things off with him before hooking up with my giver. Do I mention this to him if he tries to get back with me i really cared for him.

i think he knew he told me he went and got tested 4 days before but the day he wouldve git tested was the day we had sex i had chlymdia too and if everything was negative like he said i wouldnt had chlymdia because unlike herpes chlymdia is standard testing. I think he knowingly infected me. And when i told he he seemed shocked but no surprised " we used a condom it wasnt unprotected" he acted like a total *sshole. But i wasnt upset at all i knew the type of person he was and i gambled with my health so i accepted it.

you can give it to someone without a lesion. in fact, thats how most people get the virus. most people wouldnt have sex with someone with sores on there genitals, but no sores doesnt mean you're safe from transmission. its called asymptomatic shedding. google can explain better it than i could
