Onset of lightheadedness for a month

So the thing started right after i had episodes of poor sleep or nightmarea daily for a week and all of a sudden an onset of lightheadedness and dizziness has been going on daily for about a month or more now.

Its so frustrating its affecting my daily life.

I could look at the phone and dont feel a thing and next thing i know walking or just sitting somewhere it just triggers out of nowhere.

Symptoms:

  • lightheadedness/floating (nothing like spinning room) that would just happen randomly
  • fatigue
  • nausea/loss of appetite
  • headaches (not all the time, at the temples or sometimes back of my head)
  • ear buzzing/ringing (only once in that entire month)
  • light sensitivity (open straineous to my eyes that after a day of work my eyes would be red. triggers lightheadedness especially in big stores with crowds and lots of lights)

Went to see GPs and got me so sick i had to head to Hospital emergencies and got diagnosed as simply VERTIGO or ear imbalance. ENT described the same as well.

Did CT scan for brain: nothing

Full blood test: nothing

Chest xray: nothing all good as well

ECG for heart: nothing as well

Did some hearing test for beeps: ear seems all good as well

Really stumped.

Would appreciate if there's any insight to this.
