Onycholysis Any treatment ideas?

I have had a toe nail coming away from my skin for about 10 years, I thought it would grow away but hasn't. It is getting closer to my nail bed and is starting to come away from the side of the bed. Help! Any ideas?

    Just try black seed oil but use good quality one and the down side is that it will take few months before you see results, for fast treatment use this
