Then just need ta chill as my minds saying all good but my bodies saying you're done too much let me relax and recover. Its so hard to find a balance.

Could be couple of things depending on lifestyle. I only leave my flat to get drink as the system has not worked for me. But when i do the muscle in my legs get so tensed i cant walk and have to stop even though shop is 10 mins away walking. Lack of exercise i get bad back as dont get exercise so sitting laying all day. Not much help soz.

Many of us fighting depression r riding the roller coaster of hormones especially cortisol.

Cortisol is widely known as a stress hormone produced by the human body’s adrenal glands.  It’s that elevated cortisol levels from stressful lifestyles contribute to weight gain, particularly in the abdominal area, and stress hormones make us even more depressed. Weight loss supplements have been developed are called cortisol lowering supplements to help with these weight and stress problems, even muscle atrophy. Exercise releases good hormones and treat depression naturally. Many developed diets for people gaining weight / losing muscle mass from high-stress/high-cortisol conditions help. Sometime supplements and diets have good track records for working.

Those who are ill & have difficulty exercising if just a 10 minute walk outside can help

keep the mind and body in shape. Along with antidepressants they can help get over the hump.

This is just a small piece for treating depression. Of course there r many other factos to fit individual needs .
