One open sore appeared a month ago but then went away. Recently when I shaved, 3 more appeared. It doesnt itch, just hurts when i wipe myself. I never had this problem before and I dont know what to do.

you need to see a doctor , it could be allergic to the toilet paper, or razor burns and check for STD, it problably nothing but have yourself check out .
