Open sores popping up all over forearms and now legs

I have open sores that are popping up all over my forearms and now legs.

Back in May I went to Ocean city beach in new jersey. I was in the sun for about 3 days without sunscreen (it was very sunny). On the second day, my left arm begin itching and 2 sores popped up. It went away after about a week but the itch was still there.

I noticed after about 2 weeks a couple of new sores pop up, these won't heal, they open and close up but the "pimple" is still there.

Near the end of July, both forearms became really itchy and I noticed new sores popping up.

None of these sores seem to heal, they either "close up" or open up with a red dot and sometimes white drainage. There's more than 12 sores now on the forearms.

Could this be scabies?

    There have been numerous outbreaks of a skin condition at Ocean City Beach. I think they are sea lice stings from larval jellyfish. keep the areas clean and cool with ice packs. You can also try taking an allergy relief medication. As they have been there some time they may be infected ..maybe because you scratched the itchy patches. Go to your doctor...you may need antibiotics now as well.
