Operation date 30/01/16

5 days and counting, the last few weeks have been painful and I know this can't go on, but I'm still so very anxious, and I have a million and one questions unanswered.

I know I can ask anything ,  but to be totally honest, I've not opened all the messages on here as anything remotely sad, or bad I can not cope with. I read the first line and delete as they send me in a state of panic..... Xx

I set goals this week i have put my sox on, and yesterday i took our dog Charlie for a long walk with me, lastbtime I could take him was September and that was a short walk, took him out for an hour yesterday and felt amazing.  Only got to get in a bus, and go back to work.  I am 11 weeks post right hip, my physio told me it's quality not quantity in the healing process.

      Hey Danielle

As I am sure my fellow Hippies will tell you, it is te best thing I did . I suffered for years without knowing what it was and then when I did I still waited.

But I am a 9 days after the operation, walking a mile a day and loving being pain free - which I was as soon as I came round from the op!!

I really can not recommend it highlt enough.
