ophthalmology torn retina

Hello,

I am asking for your help, advice and experience.

On August 1 this year, I had a torn retina in my right eye, and laser sealing of this torn retina (136 seals) at the Eye Clinic in Ljubljana. At the same time, I had a vitreous detachment in the same eye. 14 days later, I had a vitreous detachment in my left eye. I am now recovering from all this.

Please, if you can help me from your experience, when will normal life return after the operation (doing housework, lifting, etc.)? How long will the disturbances in the eye last (curtain from the side, flashes, mesh in front of the eyes... and if it eventually disappeared?) and when will I be able to be active in sports again (running, fast walking, walking up hills)?
