Looks like a skin irritation due to scratching.
See if it heals in a few days. If not consult a doc.

Hi Regret, I'm glad that you are a regular contributor to this Forum! As Lostknight suggests this does not look like something to be too concerned about - if I were to post pictures at a similar angle to these, mine would look like a battle ground at times.
However, if this is causing you real concerns, the only way to alleviate that is to get it professionally checked such as at a Sexual Health Clinic. If you have eczema and dry skin elsewhere, it could well be linked to that. I would suggest if you went to your regular Doctor / GP they would simply say 'there was nothing to be worried about' .... my suspicion is that you have concerns about these kinds of marks on the head of your penis for sometime now? If so, have you had the relevant Medical Professionals look at it previously ....... ?! What did they make of this ..... ?

hey weedugie! I had them but they resolved before I could them checked. I had used harsh chemicals like 12 months back and harsh soap to clean my glans. I had used chlorhexidine gluconate wipes that also had 75% isopropyl alcohol in it, and antimicrobial soap. I since stopped and just used water and hydrocortisone 1% and moisturized. got better for a while, but it came back but is fading now. I still am going to get tested but recent changes in my life are making it difficult to find time to do so right now. I appreciate you responding and also glad you are a regular contributor to the forums.

Hello Regret, sorry are you sexually active? I mean did you have sexual unprotected intercourses before experiencing for the first time those tiny bumps?

yes, it was one encounter that was unprotected almost one year ago. I have not had a full panel test done but will soon to make sure everything is hopefully clear. I never really looked at my penis before the encounter so after I became a hawk probably noticed things that may have been there before and thinking it was because of the encounter.

hi dan, i have been same thing for 2 months now. i went to dermatologist and he told it is fungal infection. he prescribed itraconazole (oral twice daily) and candid cream application on penis head twice daily. but it is not working as i thought. i think it is bacterial with fungal.

I have something similar. You can see the pics my related the post. They are shiny and the color changes from light pink to slightly red. No itch, no burn. It happened 2 years ago and disappeared, now back and looks like it is staying. Went to a university hospital dermatologist (Chicago) and he had zero concerns (no STDs BTW) about anything ominous. Diagnosed with idiopathic balanitis.
I went back to him for a total body skin check 10 days after the initial visit, they were still there and a little bit bigger, again he had no concerns. He gave me an optional steroidal creme to use if the look bothered me too much.
Looking at the pics, I think you are OK and in way better shape than me.
Hope this helps anyone who is reading this tread.

Hi mate, I also have something similar on the head of my penis and would love to be told it's fine and normal as I'm terrified that it might be an early sign of penile cancer. I wish 'Regret' would comment and update us, because his absence is only adding to my anxiety. The doctor told me it was fungal, but after applying the prescribed cream for two weeks it's still exactly the same. Any further comments would be much appreciated.
