Opinions while waiting for test results

posting here as well in case anyone has further input:

Long story short; this started as a slight tear below the opening of my vagina which I thought was due to the fact that my current partner has an above average penis. A little more than a week later i visited my GP who checked it out and prescribed an antibiotic cream. Now, A few more bumps have appeared. (not sure if theyre actually bumps - they are quite flat) not painful or itchy. urinating has been painful if not leaning forward. i read that this could be a fungal infection from not being able to properly wipe after each pee due to the tear/cut but im convinced its otherwise. i have an appointment for a blood test in the morning but wanted to post this here too. if it is, my exposed would have been 7 months ago - is it possible to show signs now?

edit: the bumps were slightly visible during my visit to GP and she stated it was infection and said the cream should take care of those too..

    also, decided to take home vaginal health test that is meant to indicate BV, candidiasis, etc while waiting that resulted in abnormal acidity being present - does anyone have experience with these types of tests?
