So tomorrow is the day I'm attempting to go cold turkey I have been taking codeine morphine and tramadol now for the past 4 years after having an operation so nervous about quitting but enough is enough

I started to say more then hi but was having trouble with this app. Gapabentin has helped me alot. It will be 8 months on the 25th that I haven't had my old vice, tramadol. Gapabentin helps me sleep , I take one in the morning and one before bed. It's been a long road, I still deal with some anxiety and depression.
