Please get these tests ASAP. Does your Neurologist know this happened to your eye? If not, Please tell immediately!!! I am not trying to scare you but my incident had nothing to do with the GABA I was taking. Had been on 900 mg a day for about 6 weeks for peroneal nerve pain

in my leg. 7/3 -I lost all my sight out of left eye for 7 hours. I didn’t know this was a sign of stroke and didn’t go to ER thinking my eye was the problem and called Eye Dr on call and went in to him 2 days later and my eyes were fine. Guess what ? He and nurse also never said stroke so they also didn’t know ALL the signs !

9 days later I had an appointment with my Neurologist and told him and he knew immediately and sent me next day for all testing like you are to get but by then too late really but thank God it was mild but I know more could come and scary because I was

leaving sandwich shoppe and about to back my car out and my husband can not drive due to his eyesight has been lost . I have a little memory loss at times but

again feel lucky and thankful not worse ! Sorry this is long but I want you and others to know if you suddenly can not see out of your eye—- call 911. It is a STROKE. I had no other signs .

Had just eaten and taken my BP meds also. I wish you the best and please let me know if the GABA caused your problem with eye.
