Hi, I’ve just found a lump in my gum, the part that joins my upper and lower jaw! My teeth have been sore on that side for a while, like almost a year on and off since I had a filling done. But they’ve started to get sore again, it’s not causing a lot of pain, it’s like a dull ache and I’m sure my cheek is slightly swollen, my partner said he thinks it might be too. The lump I found is moveable, not hard but not entirely soft. I’m freaking out really bad right now!
