Oral Herpes?

does this look like oral herpes? they lasted for a couple of hours, then when I brushed my teeth before my doctors appointment they went away. this is how my mouth looks now.

I should also mention the first pic of the white patches was taken on Monday. the 2nd pic was done today on Friday. 4 days later.
