so last time i uploaded pictures of these sores in my mouth. you guys said it looks like canker sores. today i have woke up with this tiny sore.. exactly how it happened last time before it turned painful. i wouldnt say its inside. here are some pictures if anyone can help?!

Do you bite your lip? Do you bite your lip without being fully aware that you are biting it? This does not look like herpes to me. Canker sores can appear right where the lips meet, and it is typically brought on from biting the lip.
Another thing to consider is that your lips are VERY full. That is not a bad thing if natural, but I would imagine that it can make them sensitive to trauma. Acidic foods and beverages can cause canker sores. If I ever get one, I apply salt(not salt water)directly to it before it gets bad. IT WILL HURT AFTER APPLICATION, but it will heal so much faster if not stopping it in its tracks entirely.
