I've noticed the back of my tongue looking like this since 2020 but it was never alarming and some said it looked normal. But my mind cant help but wonder. I really need help. I cant think straight or eat or even get out of bed. I'm even pushing my bf out the way because im so scared. please help

I will join the group of people who told you that your tongue looks normal.
I see absolutely nothing strange there.
Herpes lesions are painful, itchy and appear as small fluid-filled blisters.
If you still don't feel safe, ask your dentist and he will reassure you.
