Oral HPV? Please help!

Hey everyone so basically I have a few tiny genital warts on my penis. I have done treatment (cryosurgery) on them and only one of them is left and I just did another treatment on it to make sure it goes away. If I were to receive oral from a girl next week, would she get warts in her mouth? What I'm scared about is her giving me oral and then me kissing her after. Is it possible for me to transfer warts into my own mouth? I also noticed another very very tiny bump again on my shaft and idk what that it either. Every time I go to the dermatologist they seem so calm and non-chalant about all this. They told me I could go back to normal life a week after I froze them off. I would appreciate anyone's opinion! Thank you !

I have attached a picture. The top one I just got frozen off three days ago. The rest have been frozen off previously and healed up. Then the really tiny one is a new one I just saw now. image
