Hi Janie and HAPPY christmas to you x

I have had Diverticulitis for over 20 years and that sucks away all the nutrients in your body .

Do you take any vitamins ?

Have you tried coco nut oil for your hair ? leave it on as long as possible ( i leave it on overnight ) also have you heard of sucking coconut oil between your teeth and around your mouth ? This also helps with soothing and any germs.

I really hope you feel better soon xxx
