Oral Lichen Planus or Candisis or other ?

Hello, about 10 days ago I started getting whine lines and bumps on the inside of my cheeks. It is on both the left and right inside of cheeks. They do not hurt at the moment and have not. I have since stopped smoking. Also, approximately 4 months I started having a very white tongue in the morning. It started not long after I began vaping.

What do the pictures look like ? Again, it is on both inside cheeks image

    Yeah i had the same even more worse. Try to adjust your life style especially food habits avoid refined foods if possible and have lots of fruits and vegetable . Again it is all trial and error not one food suits all you need to try it and knock off the food which does not suit you.

    Avoid crispy foods which could hurt and even aggravate the problem. Also avoid extreme hot and cold drinks. Stay away from stress most important thing.
