my dr. ordered dexamethosone .5mg / 5 mls. oral rinse, dont, swallow just swish and spit out for 4 weeks, helped great got relief . Now on same for bad symptoms if they come back.

i should add rinse was 3 times a day for 4 weeks

Thank you so much! I use that same med as a cream for my LP vaginal and vulva areas. Works great! I will call and ask for liquid.

good luck, i had to go though PRIMARY CARE, DENTIST, ENT SPECIALIST WHO REFERED ME TO ORAL SPECIALIST, TREATMENT WAS GREAT. HOPE YOU HAVE GOOD RESULTS, THERE IS HOPE OUT THERE IF YOU CAN FIND THE TREATMENT THAT WORKS FOR YOU. MINE WORKED

i was getting to the point of afraid to drink water, but that didnt happen, had to give up my favorite seltzer water and anything carbinated or acidy
