can anyone shed some light on what they think this could be? really painful and have had this flair up like this twice in the last 8 months. first time was when i had covid and this time just randomly.

You have several different lumps and pigmentations.
Are they all new or did you have them as a child?
Can you scrape these marks off your tongue?
