Oral STD or cold?

So I gave oral sex last Friday, and then on Tuesday right in the middle of the day I started to get a dry throat. His penis was pretty big and I haven't gave oral sex in over 2 years. But, no matter how much water I drank, the dry throat didn't go away. I always get dry coughs during the Spring and Summer so I don't to completely say that's related as well, but I have also started to have mucus get stuck in my throat. I always get white spots whenever I get strep or sore throat too. This is what my mouth looks like, though. I've looked at pictures of oral gonorrhea and chlamydia and I guess I need another person to tell me what this looks like. I can see that it's irritated in some shape or form. I gargled warm salt water and the irritation seems to have went away but it is not completely gone. We have protected (genital) sex but I know that you can still get STDs through the mouth. I am trying to book an appointment at a clinic but the next available appointment isn't until next Thursday/Friday and my mind cant wait until then, but I am still going to get tested when the time comes. Please help me!!!!

    looks like strep throat or throat infection or mono u get from kissing

    I think it's just oral candida, easily treatable by 1 antifungal pill+ oral gel.
