ive been having a sore throat for months and doctors keep telling me its allergy related and i do not think so i think my ex boyfriend may have gave me something

Look, I always get these little spots during a rhinitis attack. They appear because I unconsciously rub my tongue on the roof of my mouth to relieve the itching sensation.
To me it seems to be the same thing, especially if your doctors have already told you that it is due to allergies.
