oral warts or any other condition

i have noticed rough soft palate from 2 months.tiny,multiple painless,firm bumps present on soft palate,near gums.dermatologist suspecting oral warts,ent doctor didnt comment about warts.imagecan anyone please tell what they are.

my voice also changed.anterior tonsillar area is white and inflammed.not responding to antibiotics.please comment your opinion.

    I'm pretty sure these are clogged saliva ducts. Try sucking on a lemon and the clog should unclog. I had them too and they went away after a couple weeks.

      thanks alot.if u dont mind can i see pic of your soft palate with these bumps? completely worried about warts. i have tiny projections near gums..could those be also clogged salivary glands?

      also seek the help of a dentist, that's who diagnosed mine. They should know just by looking at it. A dentist will know more about the mouth then a dermatologist.

    could you please give us update when you found out what those pumps are? i recently noticed exactly the same pumps on my soft palate and my soft palate feels rough
