Orchitis - How likely?

I’ve had a dull pain in my testicles for 8 months now. Maybe not so much pain, but I can feel sonething is amiss and if I try to roll my right testicle it’s quite tender. 

I also have a slight twinge in my groin sometimes which I am quite sure it is swollen glands. 

Searching on google is never a good thing, but does things sound like orchiitis?

It started very suddenly after sex and has never really left. 

I had chills when it first started (first couple of weeks) but nothing else since. Just the dull sensation. 

Any ideas?

    Did u take all the required tests? And also did I get pain while ejaculating?

      Thanks. I have had no test yet. The pain hasn’t been bad, just annoying!

      No pain ejaculating but further discomfort shortly after (couple of hours).

      Couldn't be Orchitis. In that case ur pain will be severe and swelling do happens . So, just relax and pls take ultrasound
