Have had chronic sinus for five years, oregano capsules, (three a day), cleared it up. It was a gradual process. Check out oil of oregano, and the benefits. It's a natural antibiotic.

I'm so happy to hear about your recovery! Thank you for sharing. I actually just bought a bottle of oregano capsules yesterday and hoping they help.
