im 17 and a female its been 4 months sense ive had this surgery and sense ive been able to move it more it feels like it needs to crack like when u crack your knuckles but when it does crack it hurts and the sensation of it comes back right after. I have no clue what to do or why it feels like that someone explain please

Hi!
Did you have any physical therapy after your surgery?
I remember having this sensation, but it wasnt as constant. Completing some of the exercises i learned in physical therapy and on youtube helped relieve a lot of the pain.
I would suggest following up with your dr to see if they have any suggestions
