Oristat stains

Hey, I've been on the Orlistat for a week now and I'm wearing pads to stop any leaking. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get any stains out as some of my pj bottoms have stains. It's making me want to come off of the medication so I can keep my clothes nice, but does anyone know anything which will help!?
