Well after being on these 3 &1/2 weeks was at doc today for review lost 4lb it's a start x

    Hi cheryl157787. Well done...I have my 6 week check nxt week...I hope I do as well as you..some have lost an amazing amount .I'm so worried that if I don't reach my 5% in another 8 weeks I won't be aloud anymore then I don't know what I will do...can I ask how much you want to loose? What do you eat?& are you strick with your self...best wishes. Tess
