Saddly Orlistat didn't work for me. Tried many ways but unfortunately no weight loss. Anyone with same issue? Anyone change from Orlistat to other prescribed diet pill? Thanks in advance.

I took alli back in 2009 60 ml lost 2 stone with a good diet my doctor prescribed 120 ml orlistat took them for 4 weeks with no weight loss I didn’t get any side effects so kinda had a feeling there wasn’t going to work there not for everyone 😩
