Orlistat advice please

Hi started these 3 days ago I'm so frightened of oily poop, as I tried these many years ago and spaghetti hoops made me have to leave work one day, I don't want this to happen again any advice for lunches and dinners would be greatly appreciated? 

I am having over night low fat museli with low fat Greek yoghurt with berries for breakfast

    Hi

    Avoid processed foods.

    Prep from scratch and count the fat.

    I aim for 10 - 15g per meal with zero in between.

    Plenty of brown rice, bread, pasta.

    Go easy on sauces and cheese products - low fat only. I tend to put Philadelphia on sandwiches instead of spread as this gives more taste but still provides some moisture, then load up with low fat meat, fish or veggie alternative and plenty of salad.

    Zero fat, Zero sugar jellies are a good treat.

    Lots of salad and veggies and always carry fruit.
