Orlistat and normal food

does anyone know how long I'd have to wait if I stop taking my orlistat pills to have a normal meal out? I'm doing really well and I find the 5% thing really easy and I'm losing weight but I have a couple of Christmas meals and events to go to and eating out is really difficult as you cannot judge any fat content of anything, I've found

    I was going to post the same question. I'm going on holiday and will still be really good with the odd treat but don't want to restricted especially in al all inclusive! Lol

    Id say a couple of days. I don't have mind everyday and they still seem to work few days later, good luck.

    When you are on oralist you are on a diet. You have to stick to the diet christmas or not. You can still have a xmas dinner but just the veg a tiny bit of meat if its steamed. I intend to stick to my healthy eating xmas or not. I am determind to lose my 2 extra stone. Has i have descovered there is more to life than food .
