Orlistat -confused

Hello all

I have been prescribed Orlistat by my GP but have no clue what diet to follow -I have read many threads about the same subject but they were some time ago. Where it states that I am best to eat anything with 5g fat or less per 100g could someone tell me is this the saturated fat ? On food packaging it gives 2 measures for fat content - ie: 11g per 100g then underneath it may say "saturated fat is 2g per 100g"- I am desperate and confused - can anyone help please?

It means under 5g of total fat per 100g, so the higher one
