Orlistat! No Thanks!

My GP never warned me of any 'accidents' on Orlistat. Just after 2-3 days I had an accident at work in an office of 200 people. I wasn't aware of anything until at the end of the day a collegue said to me in the dressing room whats' happen to you? it looks like you have '****' yourself! I stopped taking the tablet straight away and the next day I wore 'double' underpants and was very conscious of any 'movement'. I did't feel anything but by 10 am, another collegue noticed a 'stain' on my white uniform trousers. I had to scamper off to my manager and request to go home on medical grounds.  It does not need to be an accident as one would imagine, in my case, even a little 'flatuation' can disperse a very fine penetrating spray and stain your clothing. After 2 days of not taking the tablets I am back to normal but, I'm not looking forward to the 'ribbing' I will get back when I return to the office or if I will aquire a new nickname which could last for ever??? I am very worried and stressed at the possibility of ridicule when I return to work.. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN AND I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH MY GP!I hope this helps any one else who is thinking of taking these tablets.

We're you watching you fat intake, no more than 15 grams of fat per meal eating nothing higher than 5 grams of fat per 100?

If you keep your fat intake under the recommended amount, there are no accidents. I love these tablets! Had a couple of incidents at the start but you learn what you can and can't eat and they work like a dream. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to lose weight. Do your research, change what you eat, take the change in diet and the tablets seriously and they'll work for you too. Honestly, stick with them. It does get better! If you need any help or advice I'm always about. Good luck xxx

If I worked from home and never had to go out 'ever' again, I might of tried again! Lol. So, its back to the old fashion way of trying to lose weight.
