Orlistat side effects

Hi all

Started taking orlistat three weeks ago and lost about 8lbs

Not had any side effects until today as I've done by best to avoid them but fell off the wagon slightly on Monday and yesterday.

Today however, I have a stomach ache, feel like throwing up and have a back ache (Symptoms I've had before with a water infection)

Wondering if anyone has had these symptoms all at once before as the side effects don't list back ache and feeling sick?

  I was thinking that might be a possibility. I wanted to see if anyone else had similar symptoms while taking orlistat as my GP is quick to blame anything on someone's existing medication

When i started on them i did have some nausea x
