Orthokeratology Contact Lenses minor question

Hey everyone. No serious problem here so if you are looking for serious cases quit off this page.

My optometrist gave me contact lenses which are specifically designed so i can sleep in them. He mentioned breaks with contact lenses but I don't remember what he said. Am i allowed random picked days off from doing my contacts e.g. can I skip putting them in for Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday. Can i do that or can i just have one day of skipping. Sorry if i wasted your time asking this ridiculous question but just wondering how many days i can have off from doing my lenses. I don't know what category to put it into.
