I have been taking Osphena (hormone pill) for a month. Suddenly yesterday I had muscle pain in my lower back. I thought I was fine taking Osphena since I had no issues for a month. Any advice is appreciated.

I don’t think so. The muscle pain is in the entire lower back and hips. I had a reaction similar to this when I was on cholesterol medication. I had to stop it and switch to fish oil. I am seeing my chiropractor tomorrow and I have an appointment with my GYN next Tuesday. I did have a cystoscopy done last Friday. She said the bladder was perfect but the vagina was terrible! I think I will ask the GYN for an estrogen cream rather than the Osphena. I am using the coconut oil and baking soda site baths. At least I can function somewhat normally . Hope you are doing better.
