Osteoarthritis After Rotator Cuff Surgery?

Ever had any shoulder arthritis set in after rotator cuff surgery?

I had right rotator cuff surgery, due to a fall in snow/ice, done in March 2007. Had left rotator cuff surgery, due to another fall in a parking lot (not winter) in March 2015. Some "nagging/achy" pain sometimes in right shoulder, but left shoulder have continuous "nagging/achy" pain. Ortho surgeon that done left side told me, from looking at an x-ray and MRI that osteoarthritis had set in. This was in 2016. I'm with the VA Medical, but both surgeries not done by a VA surgeon. Right done with company medical insurance I had and left done thru Medicare.

Have had a cortisone shot in both shoulders and right shoulder seems to have done fine with the shot, but not the left shoulder. I take both 800 mg Ibuprofen and 50 mg Tramadol, both from VA Medical. Ibuprofen on a daily basis, but Tramadol-2-days on/1 day off and then again back to two days on and 1 day off.

Our plans as of now is to move out of Colorado and go to southern Nevada or Arizona. Just can't take Colorado winters anymore.
