Osteomyelitis

I have osteomyelitis in my left leg does anyone know if this is something that is cured or will I have to deal with it off and on for a long time

    Hi Bobby have you been told the reason you have cintracted osteomyelitis, have they put you on a high dose of antibiotics and what has your GP told you about this infection.

      The infection started a week after my surgery to fix my broken fibula,they had put me on cefepime which is a very strong iv antibiotic, but have since stopped it because my white blood cells have been wiped out .Now infectious disease is trying to figure out what they can do.
