I have had out of control anxiety for the last 2 1/2 mos and i am now at the point where i am starting to calm my self down for the most part but now i am having aching / heavy feeling in my legs then it moves to my arms and contines to do this all day! I don't feel anxious when this happens but as soon as i notice it here we go again with the out of control anxiety. Can someone help me with this please?

Talk to youread doctor or see a psychiatrist. I am on propranolol , ability and cymbalta. These have really helped me with my anxiety. My most bothersome symptom would be the racing thoughts, the physical symptomsymptoms were the first to go. I still have some anxiety but I can control it now. Try to get some help soon.

Be aware the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist,If your plan is medications to use its a psychiatrist, if it talk therapy its a psychologist.

It is probably due to light breathing when anxious causing less oxygen to reach the muscles.  Try slow regular breathing and you will recover again.
