    there’s a formula to use.

If you subtract your age from 220, the answer would be the maximum heart rate during exercise.

resting heart rate can be anywhere from 60 to 100 but the medical community likes to see a resting heart rate about 60 to 80 range.

anxiety can definitely increase the heart rate. The propranolol can cause symptoms like you mentioned but soak in anxiety.

Sounds like your heart rate is perfectly fine when you are moving around at work.

have a yearly check up at your doctors and ask your doctor any questions you may have.❤
