Outbreak after 7 weeks????

Hi everybody,
I am a 21 year old male. About 7 weeks ago, I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a sex worker in Asia. Since then, I have had prostatitis which was really bad at the start but it is now starting to ease up.
My question is regarding herpes outbreaks,
1. Is it possible to have it after 7 weeks? because I've read people have outbreaks after 2 days to 2 weeks and people have it many months or years after but no around the 2 months range.
2. How long does it take from tingling buring sensation of the lip to a blister?
SYMPTOMS: Beside my prostatitis symptoms which are problem urinating and lower abdominal pain, in the past 3 days, I have been feeling itchy and muscle ache all over my body, scratchy and dry sore throat, headaches and the left side of my lips feel tingling.

You are asking for definitive answers on a virus that is unique in how it behaves in everyone, because it's based on the strain you get, some being w higher viral loads, your immune system, general health and life style, etc. There is no text book one size fits all w herpes, unless it is the classic sore you see. Other than that, symptoms can range in all different ways for people and I've not met or read one person, that has had the exact same symptoms as the next person. Some are similar, but not exact.
1. There is no exact time limit on herpes. I have a friend who was infected for a couple months, buy until she went through a very stressful period while deployed, did it come out. She had no idea, until that moment and she had recently been in a relationship prior to her deployment. Yes, it is possible w herpes to come out at some random time. Stress or illnesses can do that.
2. Again, it all depends on the person. Not every tingling and burning sensation will lead to an ob. I have sensations like that on a daily basis and I've not had a sore on my external genitals in almost two months. Some people, alls they get is paresthesia and no sore. For some people, it can be a sign that in a matter of hrs to a day it could pop up.
3.did you get tested for all STDs? Did you kiss her?
I think there is no telling for sure if you got it genitally, unless you get tested or are presented w sores. Infection of oral herpes can make you feel pretty bad too.

Thank you for replying.
I did not kiss her and I had a full STD test 6 weeks after my exposure (except for herpes because my doctor said herpes its better tested with swab test) Everythingelse came back negative.
I guess I either wait for the blister to appear or have a test on week 12, then.
Thank you.

If you did not kiss her, then your lips shouldn't be tingling unless you already have oral herpes. I'm starting to think you may be just freaking yourself out now for no reason. Go back 3 months after exposure or at least 2 and get tested for everything, including blood test for herpes.
Have you ever had oral herpes?
