Ovarian Cyst Rupture

I had a vaginal ultrasound on may 31st and was told that there is fluid in my pelvic region and I had suffered from an ovarian cyst that ruptured. I felt good for a while but still having off and on pelvic pain. What could this be? It is June 13th I thought I would feel better by now. The pain is more of a dull ache or pressure in pelvic area. I am super confused!! The doctor told me I should feel better in a week. I am also not sure if it's bowel movement pain because I have been having constipation and diarrhea.
