hi, this time last week i had terrible stomach pains, hospital sent me home. I went back next day and finally had a ultrasound and ct scan which showed fluid around my ovaries , doctor said its a ruptured cyst. Since then i have been feeling extremely bloated and sick . has anyone had this before. everytime i ring the gyno ward they tell me to sit in a and e.

I know it is quite normal for cysts to develop and disperse on their own in some cases. if its large and ruptured i thought it was a medical emergency and surgery straight away to repair. I would defo go to A&E and get checked over.
I surgery booked to have my cyst, ovary and fallopian tube removed in 3 weeks time. they did tell me tho any severe pain to go in as i would need it doing asap as emergency ad the pain would indicate rupture or torsion
