Over a month with anxiety about throat

I have had these red bumps in back of throat ever since I first looked at my throat in January.  Since I have had a mucocele on my inner lip in June and it was removed.  Throughout this time I’ve been googling about throat issues and I keep thinking I have cancer.  I’ve been looking in my throat almost every day.  Since then my throat has been dry and feel like somethings stuck or growing there for about a month.  I went to ENT and he said it does look cobblestoned.   What could this be?  ENT says acid reflux or allergies.
