HI again HOTpicks99, aww poor you, thats awful, one of our neighbors had this problem with kids kicking ball up against her wall so know how this can get you down, is it a council house, if so there should be a no balls notice put up and they should fence around the area, this what they did with our neighbor.

Hi HOTpicks;  yes I can understand your frustration re not knowing how to say "no" when my children ask if I can do the school pickup/babysit etc...there are days that yes, I am ok, and say yes...but boy do I also regret it after they (the younger ones) have gone home and  I feel the pain/exhaustion....and you have also made me realize why I have a few more extras pain points today....thought I was going to be a "good" girl and clean out the cupboards, as I couldn't find anything....well will have to go back to Just putting up with the consequences.....sad  that's how I feel today, and yesterday, and probably tomorrow/next week....this is the one place that I can communicate without having to talk/use my facial muscles/jaw....thanks to all of you....and I'll try and spread my arms wide enough to give you all a hug................................Bron

Hi tiff74;  EXACTLY....I have always followed something my mother once said to me  "look into someones' eyes....that'll tell you all you need to know about them"....and it's true....whether they're not well, sad, or even their personality...if they can can look you straight in the eye...it tells you and them, all you/they need to know.....and yes, my eyes are getting MORE closed as the years go by...always tired.....Bron

Hi tiff74, precisley, its my camouflage too, as i say to people in my family, i may feel unwell but im not giving in to looking it as well. only time i dont bother is when im so ill i have to stay in bed. True its for us and  no one else, if i like what i see in the mirror then thats a good uplift for the day, a struggle maybe but well worth it. x

Actually you have a "point" there tiff.....My youngest daughter and I were only talking today about "some of us having slanting eyes"....my son often laughs at his baby photos, as he had small eyes in comparison to the size of his head/body....was a10lb6ounze baby, 3 weeks early...too big for me to carry him any further..... My great uncle also had the same eyes and his complexion always had "a yellow tinge"....Mum often joked about that too "wondering if there was some hanky panky with one of the workers".....all a bit of a joke in the family.....I do think that his mother would have been "too straight laced" for that though, in the 1800's....the Upper class land-owners and all !!

I am sorry that you arn't/havn't had a good day (can't tell if Friday/Saturday for you.....I'm in Australia).....and yes, I do understand re the mornings....it always takes me a couple of hours to get going in the mornings, and as you say, if we do "indulge" with a sleep-in, the day is actually gone, and then with our "rest period"....the day is gone...hoping tomorrow is better for you....do you feel, like I do, that the change in the season/weather is a major cause in how our bodies have better days than others.....and what we do the day/s before, don't help either???

yesterday I had new blinds installed, and with having to "just" take down the curtains for them to do the installation....nothing much got done today......will be thinking of you.........Bron
