    Hi Marilyn

    Sorry you are suffering.

I guess some times you just forget to ease up a little and have a break.

Hope you are ok by tomorrow x

    Marilyn,.

How far along are you?  If you think you did too much, you are probably right.  Listen to what your body is telling you.  As our fella w hippies say, be kind to yourself, you've had major surgery.

Yes, we all do it at some time, it seems to behuman nature, especially for ladies trying to 'just do the dinner, cleaning or washing'.

it's just your body reminding you to take it a bit easier.

    Best wishes

eek hmm, Marilyn, dear Marilyn --what did you cook?  just joking -

you are not even 7 days post-op and not too long ago you spend more time in bed than out of bed ...

standing at the kitchen counter, perhaps peeling, chopping and not paying attention how you might have pivotted .. all little things that can cause this achy feeling - some rod was hammered in your femur , so yeah ... all so fragile and will be for a while - it is sturdy though and a perfect fit, just still need to be handled with care ..

sending you so much love -

how is your granddaughter doing ???

    renee
