    Follow your doctors advice

If your accident was at work apply for Workers Compensation

If it hurts I wouldnt push it

Six days is no time at all if you've had an injury that warrants wearing a moon boot. Stay home and rest - and steer clear of stairs for the time being. If your body's screaming, listen to it. Your employer will just have to come to terms with the fact that you wouldn't be wearing a moon boot if you weren't injured. Good luck - and make sure you keep in touch with your doctor. If it's hurting longer than they thought it would, let 'em know. Perhaps there's something amiss with your ankle that hasn't been spotted yet.

    HI Beverly,

Sadly, six days is not enough time for any healing. If it was a work related injury you'll have to fill out a workmans comp report. Don't hesitate on that. As I'm sure you know its important. I fell in 2016 in my home. Had such a bad sprain I wasn't walking for such a long time. I never healed corrected, I wasn't diagnosed correctly and ended up having surgery.

Please take things slow. Let yourself heal. Do what your doc says to do and if you dont feel right , consult a specialist.

    Best of luck to you!
