Over the counter medications...

Has anyone ever tried Stressless tablets? I saw them in Boots a few days ago and when I got home I read some reviews. Everyone is posting quite positive reviews about them, just wondered if anyone here has tried them? I currently take Kalms but cant see any real difference, and a lot of others agree with me. Any recomendations?

    Hi stev

    Rather than recommend anything

    I would make an appointment

It's worth discussing whatever the problem

    Is with your Dr

You've already tried kalms without succsess .you could try 100 more with the same outcome and possibly do more harm than good

Hi Stev, I'd just say give them a try. If they work for you then they work. Not heard of them myself but if they're available over the counter then they can't cost (too) much? - And if they work for you then it's a winner surely....

So if you do decide to give them a try please let us know how you got on with them either good or bad please?

    Take care.

I've tried kalms before and they didn't really work for me. Why don't u give tescue remedy a go, that seemed to help short term for me but everyone is different. I ended up going to the doctors and being out back on sertraline ssri as my anxiety got worse but depends how u are coping.

    Hi Steve

Anything you can get over the counter can either help or not. The question is are you prepared to give them a try? It depends on the cost compared with what a prescription would cost you from your doctor. Perhaps you should go along and see your GP and tell him of your experience with Kalms and see what he has to say.  I would think a qualified opinion would be far the better option.
