Overactive Nerves & Pain

Posted , 6 users are following.

I just saw one of the constant Lyrica ads on tv....now I've never taken Lyrica and have no plans to.   But for this overactive nerve pain issue I get relief with:

Inositol 500 mg up to 3 times per day

Gaba 500mg

L-Theanine

I don't take the L-Theanine these days, but get help with the first two...I alternate with them thru the day and use both of them to help with sleep which works really good in my sleep combo.

I don't have much FM nerve pain lately, but OA is my worst issue of all.

I have extreme hair loss, weight gain.. a breast infection that won't go away and more. Was reffered to breast clinic who diagnosed it as hormonal!? Is there anything I can buy iver the counter? X

      Hi joy,

just to let you know that I had got tested for my thyroid lots of times and it was always ok. Like yourself my hair was thin and limp. Lucky enough lol I got a goitre and was sent to see a specialist , he also diagnosed me with celiac disease and thyroid eye condition. Through out all this my thyroid results never changed. I had to get the Goitre removed and was put on thyroxine, later I also ended up getting a hysterectomy. So maybe it is all connected.

      Hope you get sorted soon.

      All the Best
